Terms of Service
What Pulse is
Pulse is a reputation-monitoring service. We scan publicly available online sources for mentions of a brand you specify, analyze them, and deliver a PDF report (a one-time Audit, Crisis Snapshot, Quarterly Delta, or a recurring Watch/Pro/Agency subscription) to the email address or download link you provide.
Payment
All payments are processed by Stripe, a third-party payment processor. We do not collect or store your card details — Stripe's hosted Checkout page handles that directly. By purchasing a report, you also agree to Stripe's terms of service.
Accessing your report
There is currently no self-serve account system. After a successful one-time purchase, your PDF is made available via a secure download link emailed to you, designed to expire 90 days after purchase. Subscription customers receive new reports on the applicable cadence for their plan (see the tier description on the pricing page).
Subscriptions
Watch, Pro, and Agency are recurring subscriptions billed monthly via Stripe. To cancel a subscription, contact us — there is no self-serve cancellation in the product yet. Cancellation stops future billing; it does not retroactively refund the current billing period unless required by applicable law.
Acceptable use
You may only submit brand names you have the right to request reputation data for (your own business, or one you are authorized to monitor on behalf of). Reports are for your internal use; you may not resell or redistribute Pulse's underlying report content as your own product without a separate agreement.
No guarantee of outcomes
Pulse reports reflect publicly available data at the time of scanning. We do not guarantee completeness of mention coverage, sentiment accuracy, or that any particular online mention will or will not be found.
Changes
We may update these Terms as the product changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
